CARPOOL: The county has made it very clear that when events are happening at widefield everyone needs to carpool as much as possible due to the lack of parking. PLEASE DO THIS!!!!! THERE WILL BE A GIFT FOR EACH GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT CARPOOL!
PARKING: Parking will be on hole 1 in the regular parking lot, and then we will have people park on the street when full. Please remember when parking on the street DO NOT BLOCK driveways or peoples property entrances, we will have staff helping park in the morning, please utilize them!
LIVE SCORING: We are utilizing live scoring for this event, please ensure your phone's are charged. Here is a link about live scoring, if you are unfamiliar please read this PRIOR to the event

1ST ROUND: Check in at 8am-9am, 9am players meeting, tee off by 930am ( Players meeting will go over card assignments in the morning and afternoon, do not just go to your starting hole as there may be other announcements)
BREAK: Time of break will be announced as soon as the last card is in from the first round - There will be a break between rounds for 1 1/2 hours to allow players to go get food, since there will NOT be lunch provided
2ND ROUND: At the end of the break please return to Tournament Central for card placements for the second round, and we will say a few words, and send everyone back out quickly.
SMOKING AND DRINKING
-There is no smoking, vaping or drinking allowed during a sanctioned event, please remember this.
-It is from the time you are given your score card until the time you hand it back in to the tournament director. ( With live scoring as soon as you hit submit)
-Please do not bring anything onto the course during the event, and please remember during your breaks to stay away from tournament central if you are smoking
CADDYS AND SPECTATORS: Please remember you are to follow the Rules of Play for Competition while on the course with your players. Be advised Caddys/Spectators NOT ALLOWED TO: throw a disc at all, smoke or drink, make decisions for the players card, be a hindrance to any other player, etc. Any questions regarding this please contact me directly
RAFFLE & AWARDS: Raffle will happen and trophies will be awarded at Rookies Taphouse and Eatery following the event completion. There will be awards for 1st through 3rd in EVERY division. So, as soon as your card for second round is turned in, stop by tournament central and then you can head on down there, and staff will be there directing you to the Player Party ????

OUT OF BOUNDS and MANDOS: Each hole has a tee sign and the OB/MANDO is listed on there for every hole. In regards to the water, in or over is OUT OF BOUNDS. Here is a link about Out of Bounds :

FEMALE COMPETITORS: On August 6th and 7th, women from all around the world will play two rounds of disc golf at their local participating PDGA Women's Global Event. Scores from the first two rounds of each participating tournament will be submitted by the individual tournament directors and rated by the PDGA. These round ratings will be totaled and averaged to determine the player's "Global Score."
