Hello and welcome to The Florida Hummingbird Women's Global Event presented by Tri-Fly Disc Golf!

We have a LOT of fun things planned so please make sure to read this message and the attached Caddy Book for all the information.

Weather:
Please remember to hydrate! It's going to be a typical summer day in Florida. We will have water stations throughout the park - some other suggestions are to maybe bring an umbrella for shade (and in case it rains), a portable fan, cooling towels, etc.
In case of lightning: Our staff will monitor the weather if necessary. If there is lightning detected within range, a horn will be blown with 3 short blasts. This indicates you must PAUSE play; mark your lie if you are in the middle of a hole and seek shelter. We will resume play at least 30 minutes after lightning is last detected.
We want everyone to have fun, but we also want everyone to be safe :)

Check-in from 12pm-4pm Friday or 8am - 9am Saturday Morning.
If you are unsure about anything (OBs, Rules, Extra Games, etc) please ask! We are here to help you. I will go over some of these items during the player meeting, but if you are still unsure please let us know.
