Hi there, thanks for your question. We are still working out the schedule for the event, but last year we started check-in at 9:00 and the tourney started at 9:30, to make it easier for people travelling from out of town. I will post a detailed schedule soon. Once we start advertising this should fill quickly, so if you are unsure go ahead and sign up- if your plans change I will be giving full refunds as long as you let me know before 9pm on March 20th.
