Thank you Ron. It is our pleasure to give back to our Veterans.

Pretty sure we are using the yellow baskets only for this tournament?

Pro tees, yellow baskets. Thank you to someone who updated the Pro/Yellow layout on Udisc to reflect the current pin locations.

Hello i have a friend that wanted to join last minute but registration was closed, is there a way he can still join the event?

Good morning David. Your friend can still join you and play. I just do not have any more players packs to offer.

Chase Adam Meneely    February 15, 2021 at 11:49pm

If it’s a flex start, will there technically be winners or how to do turn in your score? Or are you just sort of competing against yourself?

The flex start is to keep the numbers down on the course at one time. The winner of each division will win a dyemaxed mini with the veterans for Vets logo. If the winner is not around at the end I will contact them and get get them their mini.

When will there be details on layout for the divisions?

Nathan - Are the pins set for the event as of 2/15? The current pin locations do not follow the pro/yellow layout on Udisc.

Nathan Winfield   February 17, 2021 at 12:43am

Yes sir the pins are set for the event. I have no idea what the layout on udisc is.

Justin Monroe   February 17, 2021 at 2:47am

Thanks Nathan. Udisc currently has two layouts - Main (which I think uses a mix of Pro/Am tees and Orange/Yellow pin locations), and Pro/Yellow (which is set for Pro pads and long baskets). If I have time this week, I will try to get down there and create a layout for the event, and hopefully Udisc ... more

If we don't have anyone to play with, will we be put on a card when we show up? Or how does that work? Or do we just play on our own?

Nathan Winfield   February 5, 2021 at 12:53pm

Hello Sir. There will be plenty of people to groups to join with. We ask to have at least 3 on your card and no more the 5. I will be able to help you find a card to get in.

Nate Helmuth   February 8, 2021 at 3:50pm

Great!

Justin Monroe   February 20, 2021 at 2:55am

Nate, if you are looking for a fun group, a buddy and I are looking to start around noon and would need a card mate or two.

Mike Brown    January 26, 2021 at 7:01pm

Is this a sanctioned event?

Nathan Winfield   January 27, 2021 at 12:13am

No sir. Just a fun fundraiser event.

shane prezie    January 18, 2021 at 4:17pm

Hi Nate, i don't see a time listed, is this run similar to flex events? - create your own card and tee off anytime, or are there assigned cards and tee times?

Is there a recommended card size?

Nathan Winfield   January 20, 2021 at 12:54pm

We ask to keep the card 2-5 players

Nate Helmuth   January 20, 2021 at 5:14pm

Great, thanks

Hello! I am trying to get max participation from my squadron, and some of my members are wondering if they'll be allowed to bring their children, either as spectators walking the course with them or, better yet, if the little ones can throw some discs out too. Please let me know about course restrictions such as no spectators or whether we'll be playing on a closed course so only those registered are allowed to throw. Thanks!

Hello Ky. Thank you for reaching out. This event is mainly a fundraiser and not a super competitive event. We have no problem with your squadron members bringing their kids. The course will not be closed to the public.

Kevin Bauer    January 11, 2021 at 12:00am

Nathan Winfield   January 12, 2021 at 2:27am

Hello Kevin! The disc will be random. The putter will be either judge, warden or pure and the premium disc will be either a sapphire, harp or sheriff.
