If the field doesn't fill do we still have to use tee times?

What tee pads are played for this tourney. Do basket change locations at all between rounds ? Thank you in advance for any info.

I'm not the TD, but Champion Tee pads will be used I think for sure on Sunday, as well as a 24 basket layout. The caddy book is up at : https://texaschainwreck.com/pages/2017-vpo-caddy-book
