This being a XC-tier Does this mean our rounds will be rated and counted towards our ratings?

Yes, this is a xc tier as this is a charity tournament and not a standard tournament...Both rounds will be rated and counted toward your rating.

What will the layouts be for ma4 and fa4? My wife and I are going to try and get a practice round in before the weekend. Shake off the first tourney gitters

Because this is a charity event, it falls under the CEP. Competition Endowment Program events are X-Tiers because they materially vary the payout standards for the event. It does not affect ratings.
