Welcome to the Utah Summer Games Disc Golf Tournament. I'm excited to have you here in Cedar City.
First things first, I need the attached COVID-19 Form and Waiver filled out and sent back to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You don't need to worry about the payment section since you paid already.
Player Check-in At Thunderbird Gardens
I'll be at Thunderbird Gardens starting at 8am. The earlier you check in the easier for me it is to get everything set and ready.
I'll collect money for a cash CTP($2) and Ace Pot ($3) at check-in if you want to get in on that. If no one hits the Ace we'll do a CTP with those involved.
Parking: There's plenty up there at Thunderbird Gardens, just don't park like a crazy person.
Course: Thunderbird Gardens.
We're playing the main layout for Thunderbird Gardens.
The only major change is that we'll play a Hazard Island on Hole 7. If you don't land on the island you play from your lie with a penalty stroke. Island will be marked by string.

Awards & Prizes
We'll do awards and prizes after Round 2 at Thunderbird Gardens.
Scoring will be done with a paper scorecard that I will provide to each card. A backup on Udisc or another means is nice to have.
Things to bring with you
Discs... obviously
Water...lots of water!
Sun Protection....sunscreen, hats, stuff like that.
I always feel like I'm missing something....and I'll probably remember like an hour after sending this. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
