Both Courses are set up for practice. For Roots only the regular holes are available. Hole 1 plays to basket 2 long, hole 18 plays onto the driving range deep left. OB is painted. The other holes on the driving range are painted but ball golfers have priority. We will get those holes set up on Frida ... more

I am sorry, it is a little late in the process for that. We will consider it for next year!

If there are not enough women Registrants, will the women signed up be forced to play in a men’s division?

Brian Usher   August 19, 2019 at 8:49pm

no. I would like to have 4 players to make a division - but I might go with 3. If registration is low (last year had one of the highest overall participation #’s in the last 4 years so hopefuly that trend will continue) we will combine cards - FA2&3 FPO & FA1

John Caldwell    August 16, 2019 at 5:00am

Do you have to be a pdga member? I don’t see the usual 10 dollar bypass option.

I'll be playing MA40 if I attend, in case that helps answer the followup.

Last year I think Sunday afternoon rounds went until 5 or 6, and awards didn't finish up until pretty late. I assume it will be similar this year - the Portal is on a ball golf course that we usually can't get tee times on until 1:00 which pushes things back a bit.
