About this tournament
1 round of play
A 2-Day PDGA Sanctioned A-Tier Event, October 12th and 13th 2019.
Withdrawal requests MUST be made to Brian Usher via his email only ([email redacted]) please use UDGSC Withdrawal Request in the Subject line.
All refunds will be subject to a $10 handling fee.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with PDGA Rule 1.03. Any Player that withdraws on or after October 1st 2019 and who’s spot is not filled will receive a 25% refund. No player’s packs will be saved for AM withdrawals.
The format this year will be 3 rounds played across The Portal, ROOTS 1-18, and ROOTS with extended holes on the driving range. All rounds at The Portal will be by Tee-Times. Exact layouts will be provided by October 5th. (Changing this date to October 7th due to extending registration)
Rec players will NOT be playing at the Portal. The courses played for other divisions will be determined by registration numbers with the intention, but no guarantee of playing The Portal.
This year, your registration fee includes Greens Fees. Greens Fees includes charges for The Portal and the driving range. Divisions that do not play the Portal will only contribute toward the use of the driving range. Rounds played at The Portal will cost $15, including a cart, per round. The monies required to cover the greens fees will be subtracted from gross fees paid and will not count toward payout amounts.
Pro Divisions payout will be at a depth of 40%
Am Divisions will have a modified True Amateur payout schedule where more than 100% of net entry value will be provided via the players pack. Prizes for top finishers in each AM division will also be provided.
Trophies will be provided for 3 places.
Pro payout will be via PayPal
