Tournament refund / cancellation policy UnderPar Promotions is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event by November 15th at 6 pm CST will receive a 100% refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee, disc golf scene fee, and any additional add-ons). Once registration is closed on November 15th, we will not allow any more spots into the event from the waitlist or standard registration, even if the event is not full. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event after registration closes will forfeit 100% of their entry fee and/or players' package. The official way to withdraw is to select the modify link that is included in your confirmation email, or you can go to the registered players above and select withdraw. An email or comment requesting to cancel is not an official way to notify staff you cannot play. If a player on the waitlist is unable to participate due to no available spots being created, they would receive a 100% refund, minus the $1.34 disc golf scene fee. If a spot opens open up and a player is promoted to participate in the event, then the above rules would apply. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
