Welcome to the 4th Annual Fall Harvest
PDGA C' Tier
This will be a small gathering, but hopefully with big results. My goal for this event is to keep this event at 72 players with a minimum of $300 added cash to the Pros and a Great Value with players' package and payout for the Ams. By keeping the event at 72 players, it will make each of the pools smaller, which for those who make it in the top 40% / 45% will gain a larger payout at the end of the competition.
We will be playing two rounds of 18 holes at Shawnee Mission Park Disc Golf Course in Lenexa, Kansas. This will be a shotgun-style format.
First-place custom skateboard trophies will be ordered on October 7th for divisions with 3 or more players. If a division is allowed but has fewer than three players at the time I order trophies, there will be no trophy for those divisions.
Registration will close on November 15th at 6 p.m. We will not allow any more spots to open up after that time, even if the event is not full.

Refund policy
UnderPar Promotions is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event by November 15th at 6 pm CST will receive a 100% refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee, disc golf scene fee, and any additional add-ons).
Once registration is closed on November 15th, we will not allow any more spots into the event from the waitlist or standard registration, even if the event is not full.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event after registration closes will forfeit 100% of their entry fee and/or players' package.
The official way to withdraw is to select the modify link that is included in your confirmation email, or you can go to the registered players above and select withdraw. An email or comment requesting to cancel is not an official way to notify staff you cannot play.
If a player on the waitlist is unable to participate due to no available spots being created, they would receive a 100% refund, minus the $1.34 disc golf scene fee. If a spot opens open up and a player is promoted to participate in the event, then the above rules would apply.
