Welcome to the 3rd Annual Fall Harvest
PDGA C' Tier
This will be a small gathering but hopefully with big results. My goal for this event is to keep this event at 72 players with a minimum of $300 added cash to the Pros and a Great Value with players package and payout for the Ams. By keeping the event at 72 players, it will make each of the pools smaller which for those who make it in the top 40% / 45% will gain a larger payout at the end of the competition.
We will be playing two rounds of 18 holes at Shawnee Mission Park Disc Golf Course in Lenexa, Kansas. This will be a shotgun-style format.
At the time of registration opening, there are caps for each division. Those caps will be removed on Friday 10/4. If you register early and the event or your division is full, register for the waitlist.
Once the caps have been removed, if there is an offered division with no entries, that division will be removed from the event.
1st Place Custom Skateboard Trophies will be ordered on October 15th for divisions with 3 or more players. If a division is allowed but has fewer than 3 players at the time, I order trophies, there will not be a trophy for those divisions.
Registration will close on November 15th at 6 p.m. We will not allow any more spots to open up after that time, even if the event is not full.
The two Amateur Approved Vendors will be UnderPar Apparel Company and Flightplan Disc Golf. Flightplan will be onsite with their mobile store. After the event, all Amateur players who qualify will have the option to either use Flightplan onsite or have it moved to the UnderPar Online Store. If you do not use it onsite, it will automatically be issued as a Gift Card to UnderPar.
Changes from 2023 to 2024
I changed the event from a PDGA B' Tier to a PDGA C'Tier due to not having as much funds this year. Although it is changed to a C' Tier, there is still $300 added cash to the Pro Divisions.
Food will once again be offered, it is just not automatically included. We are doing this so we can accurately plan. Last year we planned for all players and had 30+ meals not eaten and I do not want to have those wasted funds. This year, there will be a required donation for food. You do not have to pay for the entire cost of the meal if you do not want to, but I figured if you contribute, you are most likely going to stay and eat it.
Entry Fee has been reduced. This was because of the change from B' Tier to C' Tier but also because I am trying to offer a fun 2 round event, but not have the cost.
