Just a quick note to let everyone know that we are officially ON as scheduled for Saturday morning, 07/23 for the match play event at Leadville CMC.
Please check-in at the lower parking lot by hole 1 between 8:00 and 8:30 AM.
We will start at 8:45 sharp.
I attached a few additional photos to help illustrate the possible bracket layout (6-man, 7-man).
If we only have 6 players:
Round 1 will consist of 3 matches on a single card of 6.
Round 2 will consist of 1 match on a single card of 2.
Someone will get a lucky random bye for round 2 and auto advance to round 3.
Round 3 will consist of 1 match on a single card of 2.
If we have 7 players:
Round 1 will consist of 3 matches on a single card of 6.
Someone will get a lucky random bye for round 1 and auto advance to round 2.
Round 2 will consist of 2 matches on a single card of 4.
Round 3 will consist of 1 match on a single card of 2.
If we have 8 players:
Round 1 will consist of 4 matches on two cards of 4.
Round 2 will consist of 2 matches on a single card of 4.
Round 3 will consist of 1 match on a single card of 2.
