When you sign in, we will have tables set up with player’s pack items. Each player gets FOUR items as selected. Amateur Players Pack includes four items, one item from each category

Chachkie ($1 to $3 value)

Regular Item ($3 to $8 value)

Average Item ($8 to $15 value)

Premium Item ($15 and up value)

You get your players pack before round 1.


Hand sanitizer is available for your use before you touch any merchandise in the store.


Check again in the morning your starting hole to confirm nothing has changed. Changes should be very unlikely and only if absolutely needed.


Each card must have everybody keeping score. One person must keep score via the PDGA website and the others any other way you want.

For this event there is no OBs, hazards, or mandos.


We plan to give all players an hour between rounds. It is likely that one course will play faster than the other so it is likely we will have two different round 2 start times. Once the last card finishes on your side (EAST or WEST) within half an hour we will publish your starting holes for round two. You will not be playing with the same people.


For round 2 we are inevitably going to have people not at their starting hole when START is yelled. If a player is not present at the hole when START is yelled then they missed that hole and take PAR+4 on that hole. You will have 1 hour from last card on your course finishes. Starting times will be posted as a comment in DiscGolfScene under comments for the event. EAST course and WEST course will likely have different start times.


Keep an eye on where you land. You only get 3 minutes to search for your disc before it is officially lost.


Two-meter rule is not in effect


Bring plenty of water; and this may be a good time for this year to wear sunscreen & bug spray.

The winner of each division gets an $80 voucher. Top 40% also will receive vouchers. All these vouchers are for $28.


The B.S. Bochantin Upshot store will be open at the Mill Damn parking lot near hole 16. We will be setting that up during round 1. We accept Venmo or Cash.

RAND Disc Golf store will be open at the pavilion in Upper Plantation parking lot near hole 1. They should be set up all day.


BLUE, WHITE & PURPLE divisions awards will be at the Mill Damn parking lot. For any first-place tie breaker playoffs for these divisions will start on hole 15 longest tees.

RED & GREEN divisions awards will be in the Upper Plantation pavilion. For any first-place tie breaker playoffs for these divisions will start on hole 20 longest tees.


For Ace Pot, if someone hits an ace then they get $50. Each layout has a par 2, these do not count toward the ace pot for these holes under 100 feet.

Tyler A Hole 9 POSTPONED

Due to the rain forecast that looks miserable we have decided that it would not be safe for players to traverse Tyler SP DGC in that much rain. Many of the slopes will be extra slippery, some areas will flood and be inaccessible; & everybody will be wet to the bone.

The new date is Saturday May 18th.

This decision is based of dozens of people’s inquiries as well as closely watching the weather over the last 48 hours.

For those players already registered that can’t make the new date we will be giving full refunds until April; April forward we will revert to the standard refund policy.
