Tournament Details:
Good Afternoon,
Hello and welcome to our first annual “Twice the Heart” charity disc golf tournament! We are excited for a beautiful day tomorrow. There are a few things you should know about the event.
1. Communication: Please communicate if you may need to withdraw or not come; let us know as soon as possible.
2. Check-In: Please be on time. The check-in will be at the garage next to the clubhouse. All teams are required to check in at the table.

3. Raffles & Prizes: After you check in, make sure to check out the garage! We’ll have two big raffles you can enter: $600 Midwest Beverage Tour Basket and a $1,200 Weekend Getaway Vacation for two! We’ll also have all of the amazing tournament prize options on display for you to see. All of these items will be moved to the Snack Shack after 10am.
4. Layout: The layout will be the BRP current layout, and we will play 1 round of 27 holes. OB Rules are in EFFECT. Please follow the OB rules shown on every tee sign.
4. UDISC: We will use UDISC as our official scoring method. You must register your team for our event on UDISC, and you can register before the event. Please use the team’s name that you registered on discgolfscene.com on UDISC. We will help you register at the check-in table if you haven’t already.
5. Mulligans: You can buy one $5 mulligan shot from the tee on Hole 4 and Hole 27. The max limit is one mulligan shot PER PERSON PER HOLE. All proceeds will go to the Hearts4Henry Organization from hole 4 and &mamatoo on hole 27. The QR code will be available at the tee to complete payment if you want to buy a mulligan. We hope your first shot is straight as an arrow!
6. Ace Pot: The $5 ace pool is tallied up to $225 and is eligible for players elected to be in the ace pool. Any ace hit will be paid out via PayPal. If multiple aces are hit, they will be split evenly. If no aces are hit, all proceeds will go to the &mamatoo organization.
7. Winners: At the end of the event, we will announce divisional winners and raffle prize winners. This will take place on stage at the Snack Shack. So grab a drink and a special menu BBQ Chicken Sandwich and await the results! The top three teams from each division, Advanced and Recreational, will be awarded prizes of their choosing!
8. Course Etiquette: The course is open to the public. Please allow players through to maintain the pace of play. We are here to have fun, win prizes, and support a great cause. Let’s have FUN!
Lastly, thank you for your participation! All proceeds from this event go to supporting families with babies and children in Intensive Care Units. Especially those born with Congenital Heart Disease. A cause near and dear to our hearts as our son, Dashel, is our Heart Warrior after two Open Heart Surgeries.
