VENUE & DATE CHANGE IS NOW OFFICIAL // EVENT WILL BE 12/13/20 (Sunday) // VENUE BE WILLOW METROPARK, NEW BOSTON, MI (Wayne County) (this course is near the Dertoit Metro Airport with easy access off Exit 11 on I-275) // 2 rounds of 21 holes 1 thru 18 & 22 thru 24 // Open & MA1 = 2 rounds of longs / all other divisions = 2 rounds of shorts // Player Pack for AMS is tourney stamped disc (many models to choose from) ($18 value) // Food bank fundraiser in which every 6 cans of food items gets you 1 ticket for raffle / the more cans you bring the more tickets you get / raffle will have 20 disc golf prizes donated by T D that you can win // Lets all help the food banks during the holiday season and bring in those can goods // THIS IS A PRE-PAY ONLY EVENT due to covid and the necessity to minimize contact, set up electronic scoring, leader boards, player cards, & score cards all in advance. // Thanks

MOB Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. // 100% refund up until Midnight 12/6/20 // starting 12/7/20 thru midnight 12/11/20 there will be a $5 admin fee to readjust player cards, electronic scoring, leader boards etc.. // After 12/11/20 there is no refund and your entry fee will be added to the prize payout of your division for all tourney set up will be done and payouts will be completed. We obviously will make exceptions for medical emeregencies for we want our players who want to play to be able to play who are committed to the event. However,we do not want to hold spots for non-committed players which keeps players who want to play out of the event for they have no lead time for scheduling time off just hours before the event. / Thanks
