The hole assignments and projected payouts for the Turkey Trot @ The Otter & Red Fox (Saturday 11/22) at The Preserve DG Complex in Clearwater have been published at the PDGA event page:

All amateurs can pick up their player pack disc between 9:00am and 9:30am near the parking lot and pro shop. There will be a player meeting at approximately 9:35 to answer any questions. The round will start at 10:00am sharp. Give yourself enough time to get to your assigned hole at least a few minutes early. We will blow an air horn twice for the two minute warning and one long blast to start each round.


Please bring a charged phone and be ready to do digital scoring. All players are responsible for keeping score. The web address for digital scoring is:

MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT & FINALIZE THE SCORES FOR EACH SCORER AFTER EACH ROUND! THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP!


All divisions will play the Otter the first round and then will play the Red Fox after our lunch break!

The only OB for both courses will be surrounded by water (take it where it went out). If there are two tee pad options on the Red Fox, play the longer tee pad.

I have added maps to the "Pictures" section of this event page. Thanks to Richard Rasch and Custom Course Maps for the assist!

We will have side games of CTP on Holes 1 and 18 on The Otter course for the first round. The flags will be at the tee pads for the first group to put out each round. There is $300 in the optional Ace Pool. If nobody hits an Ace, we will have a CTP throw-off for the balance. The second round we will have a CTP on Hole 1 and Long Putt Contest on Hole 18 of the Red Fox course. The flags will be left near the tee pad of hole 1 and the basket of 18 to be put out by the first groups that play those holes.

There will not be a player meeting before the second round. I will send an email with Second Round Hole Assignments and Start Time as soon as I can after the completion of Round 1. We will have awards and merchandise immediately following any Ace Pool throw-off. All cash payouts including Ace Pool will be distributed via PayPal. Please Make sure that I have your correct PayPal email address!
