The scores have been posted and payments have been sent.
I hope you all had fun at the event yesterday.

Here is a brief recap:
A big Thank you again to the Shelby Twp Parks Department for allowing us to close the parking lot for Course A – temp holes 10 – 18.

Also, to their Park Rangers who came out and cut the course including cleaning up basket areas for holes T10 and T12.

More thank you’s to Chef, Tom Carpenter, Ryan Herzog, and 2J for the extra baskets. We couldn’t host these holes without them.

Additionally, the event would not have happened without a team of support from Jason Fox, Dan James, Kevin Egnatoski, and Perry Fortin. They spend a lot of volunteer hours assisting. I appreciate all they do!

In all, we raised $1410 going into the Ice Bowl, 100% going to the Detroit Capuchin Soup Kitchen.

Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour earlier on Nov 3, 2024 than the day before. There will be more light in the morning and less light in the evening.

Also called Fall Back and Winter Time.

I will be heading out to the course sometime Saturday to paint the upper holes. Some of the distances may need to be altered as the park is in constant change for some reason or another. The map posted is my best guess based on last years' course.
I also posted a picture in the Picture tab above of my best guess at CTPs as of today. Every Divisional CTP will be in the 1st round (Holes 1 - 9 and the Upper Temporary Holes around the parking lot (10 - 18) except the 50/50 CTP (Hole 13) and the Ace Pool CTP (Hole 14). The 50/50 and Ace Pool CTPs will be won during the 2nd rounds when you all play holes 10 - 27. For those who are asking "Why do we have an Ace Pool CTP? Well, I hope there are multiple Aces during the 2 rounds but in case no one Aces, the winner of the Ace Pool CTP will receive all the Ace Pool loot! As of now, this is the plan. If anything changes, you will be told at the players meeting or as soon as I can post it here.
