The event will be off the red tees (the shortest) to the current baskets (Only one set of baskets at Deer lakes). The event is going to be scored in the birdie bash format. Get a birdy and get 2 points, get an ace or eagle and get 5 points. hit metal on a birdy throw and get 1 point. Most points wins. So it isnt like a normal round, I've played this format in the past and it is really fun, because there is no laying up. if you are laying 100ft out you dont lay up for par, you whip it in there for a bird or maybe a metal hit. The players meeting will help to clarify everything.
