Hello!
The Trilogy Challenge @ Boardman Park is Sunday! This will be a flex-start event, meaning you and whoever you are playing with can arrive any time between 8am and 1pm, pick up your player pack, and start your round. As a reminder, all players will play their round with only the 3 discs from the Trilogy Challenge player pack.
Tournament Central will be at the bocce court pavilion near hole 1's basket. There will be some parking there, but there is a larger parking lot over by the practice basket. Also, when starting your round, to avoid congestion and slow-downs, you are encouraged to start your round anywhere on the course. For example, if there is a large group starting on hole 1, your group is free to start on a different hole, such as hole 3 or 17.
Scoring will be done via UDisc. There is a UDisc Event set up. You are encouraged to download and install UDisc, and familiarize yourself with it. It's fairly straightforward.
Check in
Select your division
When your group is assembled, one person in your group should select 'Start Round'
Select all of the players from the list of checked-in players.
Scroll to your starting hole.
Begin your round
At the completion of your round, be sure to finalize your scorecard in UDisc.

Once your round is complete, please be sure to come over to Tournament Central so we can ensure we have all scores from your group. You are then free to go!
Winners from each division will be contacted, and arrangements can be made for you to either pick up your winnings, or have them shipped to you.
