First let me thank you for playing in this years Trilogy Challenge at Yorktown!
Now down to business ????.
Make sure when you get to the course you check in at the pavilion by hole one so you can pick up your players pack, remember these are the only 3 discs you can use during your round. One person on your card will need to keep the official scorecard, this will be a paper scorecard that you will receive at check in. It is fine to keep a udisc backup card, but the official card has to be the paper score card.
When your round is over, make sure the card mates agree on the scores and then turn the paper score card back into the pavilion by hole one.
I will be there the entire time until 4pm (I am playing and will be teeing off at 4). After 4pm my daughter in law will be at the pavilion for you to turn your score card in. Once we get your score card, we will immediately input your scores and be able to tell you where you are in your division’s rankings.
The winner of each division will receive a $25.00 Dynamic Disc gift card. I will send those cards electronically to the winners. The winner of the female division will receive the trophy disc that Dynamic Disc provided to us, along with their $25.00 gift card.
Each division will have a CTP for a $20.00 Dynamic Disc gift card
Longest Putt for a $10.00 Dynamic Disc Gift Card.
There will also be a CTP for all divisions (hole 8) $20.00 Dynamic Disc gift card.
As well as a longest putt for all divisions (hole 18) $10 Dynamic Disc gift card.
