Tournament refund / cancellation policy Franklin County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. All refunds will adhere to the PDGA Policy in section 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A fee of $10 will be applied to all refund requests as specified in the PDGA Policy. Two ways to withdraw: There is a "Cancel / Request Refund" link in your email confirmation from DiscGolfScene.com. You can also click the "Registered Players" link in the event, where you will find an "Edit" and "Withdraw" button. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
