We are so excited to bring you the Tri-State Championship of New England. This is an A-Tier PDGA-sanctioned event. 3 rounds. 3 courses. 3 days. With $3000 added cash, plus camping all weekend, glow doubles on Saturday, live music on Saturday night and a great players pack including a hoodie, a tourney disc, and more.

Layouts are subject to change based on division sizes. The tournament directors reserve the right to move players between divisions and remove or add divisions based division sizes.
EVENT FEES
The entry fee for this event varies by division.
From each entry, the following will be deducted:
- $5 to the PDGA
- $32 to greens fees ($8 to each course) which pays for course upkeep
- $10 to bathrooms
- $5 TD fee
- The remainder of each Pro entry will be applied directly to the cost of awards and to the payout for that division.
- The remainder of each Amateur entry will be used to cover the cost of their player pack and division awards and then applied to the payout for that division.
REFUNDS
Players who withdraw at least 30 days before an event will receive a full refund minus a $10 fee as per PDGA guidelines. See more details below.
PAYOUTS
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via PayPal or Venmo within 48 hours of the event's completion.
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit at DiscGolfCenter (https://www.discgolfcenter.com).
AWARDS
Awards will be presented on Sunday at Oak Ridge approximately 15 minutes after the last card is in for each division.
Divisions with 13 or more players will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies. Divisions with 5-12 players will have 1st and 2nd place trophies. Divisions with 3-4 players will have 1st place trophies only (based on the number of players signed up by August 1st).
Note that divisions of fewer than 3 players will be considered for merging after consulting with affected players.
TEE TIMES
Round 1 tee assignments will be posted before the event after registration closes.
Round 2 tee times will be posted Friday night.
Round 3 tee times will be posted Saturday night.
PLAYERS MEETING
Players will receive an email with all event information prior to the event.
CHECK-IN
Pre-tournament check-in is required for players before the first round. All players must arrive at least 30 minutes before the posted tee time.
Players must also check in with the starter no less than 5 minutes prior to their tee time each day and be present at the starting location for the 5 minutes preceding their tee time each day. (See PDGA Competition Manual Section 1.04)

CAMPING
$10 camping is available at Westy Acres. There will be a porta-potty available near the camping area. The camping area has separate vehicle access from the course and is adjacent to hole 11 of the tournament layout. The address to the camping area will be supplied in the player notes that are emailed to each player before the tournament.

All refunds will adhere to the PDGA Policy in section 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A fee of $10 will be applied to all refund requests as specified in the PDGA Policy.
Summary:
100% refund if withdrawn at least 30 days before the event (by Wednesday, July 30, 2025).
50% refund if withdrawn at least 15 days prior (by Thursday, August 14, 2025).
25% refund if withdrawn before 48 hours prior (by Wednesday, August 27, 20255).
No refunds for withdrawals within 48 hours of the event start.
Exception: A full refund will be given if a player's spot is filled from the waitlist.
Refunds will not be issued after registration closes.
