Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Refunds are available up until player packs are ordered. Player pack orders are placed the morning after registration closes.
If you are unable to attend the tournament and have missed the refund cut-off, you will still receive your player pack. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time to meet and pick it up.
So for this event registration ends on Oct 1st at 11:59pm Player packs will be ordered on the morning of Oct 2nd.
MDG Arkansas is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
