I would hope that everyone who’s in an under-registered division would just play with another card. That’s how it has been for every other tournament I’ve played in with less than 3 per card.

Yes. You have to have three to win a Wisconsin Tour Black Disc. It's an extra trophy ???? on top of what TRO has. It's only for Wi Tour. Otherwise it doesn't matter. Every division is getting a planter trophy. Having three is only for Black Disc. Hope I made that clear?

When I was on the MA3 wait list, when I saw he opened up more spots, I paid the remaining amount for the registration fee and then I was added to the list, so maybe look at your registration in disc golf scene and see if you can do that.
