› Registrants must be current PDGA members through 2025.
There will be 2 separate Ace Pots in play. One for all Divisions playing the Long Course and one for all Divisions playing the Short Course. If no-one hits an ace, we will draw 3-5 names and raffle off the ace pot to participants.
Be a part of making the tournament better for everyone. Your logo will be predominantly displayed on one of the tee signs that will be seen by participants and spectators. Proceeds will go toward event costs and payouts. Please email your logo to [email protected]
Early Bird Sponsorship allows you to register early before normal registration opens on 6/20/25 and guarantee your spot in the event. Proceeds will go toward event costs and payouts. Additionally, all Early Bird Sponsorship Players will be entered into an exclusive raffle for a Chain-Star Lite Basket. Limited quantity available. The $50 Early Bird Sponsorship is non-refundable.
A great selection of items will be in the raffle including baskets, bags, discs, and a whole lot more! The raffle will be done during the final round on Sunday and winners can claim their prize(s) right after their round.
Players and spectators have the option to tent/car camp or stay in one of the rustic cabins onsite for $15 per night. Camping/cabins are available Wednesday thru Sunday the week of the event. The available beds/rooms in the cabins are on a first come first serve basis. These are summer camp style bunk beds and sleeps up to 150 people. You will need to bring your own sheets, blankets and pillows. There are community restrooms and showers. Please bring your own towel, soap and personal hygiene items. Choose the # of nights for the person(s) in your party. Example: You and your significant other plan to camp onsite Thursday night thru Saturday night = 6 Nights. Children 17 and under accompanied by an adult stay for free.
This is only for the RV Electric Hookup. (each person staying in the RV still needs to pay the $15/night camping fee).
Tournament refund / cancellation policy AZDGA is responsible for all refunds/cancellations as per PDGA 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds Policy. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
