Hello,
You are receiving this email because you are registered for the Toad Suck Daze Classic tournament on Saturday, April 30. If you know of anyone who has registered and hasn't received this email, please forward to them.
First off, thank you very much for registering to play. We really appreciate you choosing to spend some of your day playing this event. This event will help fund some improvements at Beaverfork Disc Golf Course, so we thank you for helping make that possible.
Registration will begin at 7:30 tomorrow morning at the pavilion. Please make sure to stop by and check-in. I will provide you with your hole assignment at that time. We will be using paper scorecards for this event. Each card will need to complete a scorecard and turn that in at the end of each round. It's a good idea to keep a backup as well and Udisc works great for this.
All players will receive $20 to use at the Persimmon Ridge mobile merch trailer that will be setup on-site. We have a list of all players and will mark your name off as you spend your voucher. Please make sure and utilize your voucher before you leave for the day. In the event you are unable to find something you like/need, we are offering 5 free-round passes ($25 value) to Persimmon Ridge that you can purchase with your player pack voucher. All player pack vouchers will expire at the end of the day.
Included in registration is an Ace Challenge on hole 4 and a Hole 7 CTP. Participant who records an ace on hole 4 will receive a new basket. In the event of multiple aces on hole 4, a throw off will take place among those recording an ace on this hole for the prize. Hole 4 is not included in the optional ace pot. There will be 2 CTPS offered on hole 7- one each round. Winner of each round's CTP will receive a $25 gift card to Persimmon Ridge.
After round 2 we will complete the putting challenge and ace pot throw off (if needed). See bottom of email for more details regarding these two extras for those who added them to their registration.
An OB sheet is attached to this email that contains OB and mandatory rules for all holes. Please take time to read over this and address any questions you have with me prior to the event.
While this event is not sanctioned by the PDGA, we will still utilize those rules to govern this event. Please make sure you are familiar with the official rules of disc golf. The PDGA created a video series to provide an overview. Additionally, the UDisc app contains the full list of all rules in searchable format. Just navigate to the “More” tab within UDisc and look for “Official Rules and Regulations”.
Looking forward to a great tournament and seeing everyone on Saturday. If you have any questions/issues, please reach out. My contact info can be found below.
Thanks!

Optional Extras:
• Optional Ace pot. Entire pot will go to the player who records an ace during either round. If multiple aces are hit, pot will be split between all those who ace. Ace pot is not applicable on Hole 4. There is a separate ace challenge on this hole. If no ace is hit, there will be a throw off after round 2. In the event of a throw off, 50% of the pot will go to the person closest to the pin and the other 50% will go to Beaverfork Disc Golf Course improvements.
• Optional putting challenge. Prize is $50 gift card to Persimmon Ridge. Each entrant will receive 5 putts from circles edge (33'). The player making the most putts will win the prize. If multiple entrants tie for most putts made, we will move the line back a couple feet and those who tied will putt 5 more times. This will proceed until there is a single entrant making the most putts.
