Tried to sign up a buddy who isn't a pdga member and it wouldn't let me........ can he not play this tournament without a current membership?

The Blue layout will be officially ready this weekend (6/11), so we will play one round on each layout for the tournament.

it says online registration is closed but there’s only 32 people out of 72 in? is there any way i can still get in?
