Tournament refund / cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to be fair to everyone.

Refund requests received more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 administrative processing fee.
No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event unless your spot can be filled by a player or team from the waitlist.
If your spot is filled from the waitlist, your registration fee will be refunded minus the $5 processing fee.
If the event is canceled by the Tournament Director, all registration fees will be refunded.
This is a charity fundraiser benefiting Camp Taloali's Bridge Improvement Fund. We appreciate your understanding that late cancellations make planning difficult and reduce our ability to maximize the donation to the camp.
