We will be utilizing PDGA’s Digital Scorecard. There is nothing to download and no app is required – it is a website. Only one player needs to keep the PDGA Digital Scorecard.

To access the digital scorecard for enter pdga.com/score in your mobile device browser. The PDGA Digital Scorecard access code is 5555. Add the player on your card and you are all set.

You have the right to keep a paper scorecard in your group if no one wants to keep scores online. A scorecard is attached in this caddy guide for your convenience. I also highly suggest someone else in your group keep a UDisc or similar Scorecard for all players in the group to ensure scores are 100% accurate. Before you submit your PDGA Digital Scorecard online, everyone in the group must verbally agree the scores are correct. Several players who are on the official wait list were charged the full fee for their division even though I had set $0 fee for wait list. This is due high volume of transactions at registration time. An explanation from DGS is quoted below. I am working to develop a consistent and fair method of dealing with this issue so please be patient.

Why was I charged full entry fee for the Waitlist?

When an event fills quickly, some players may be charged full entry fee for Waitlist entries even if there is a lower fee or no fee set for the Waitlist.

The event, division or pool may not be filled at the time the registrant completes the registration form on Disc Golf Scene.

When registrants are redirected to PayPal, the registrant must confirm the expected charges on PayPal’s website, then return to Disc Golf Scene to complete the registration. During this time, the event/division/pool can fill.

Once the registrants have returned to Disc Golf Scene to complete their registration, we’re not able to change the details of the PayPal transaction (for example, to charge a $5 waitlist fee instead of the full entry fee) without the registrant returning to PayPal and re-confirming a new total.

Additionally, online payments can take between 3-7 seconds to process, during which time the registrant's selected division/pool may fill and result in that registrant being placed on the Waitlist despite having paid the full entry fee.
