Location: Whitley Branch Veterans Park London, KY 40741
This event will be one round, flex start format with tee times. Participants must select an available time to begin their round during online registration. There will be NO day of registration. This event will use the PDGAs online scoring. Open divisions will receive 100% payout from entry fees. AMs will receive a Prodigy players pack that will include a disc and some additional merchandise. AM entry fee will also include entry for major CTP Prizes, for specific divisions as well as some for the full field. The lowest amateur score on each card will win a Prodigy Ace line disc.
-There will be no traditional AM payout for placing in this event.-
To comply with Kentucky COVID-19 guideline and to allow the maximum number of players to participate, we have decided to utilize tee times for this event. Groups of up to 4 but no less than 3 will tee off every 20 minutes. (3 players required to make a division). Tee times will be posted on Friday October 9th. In order to avoid congregating, we are asking that players approach the registration table no earlier than 15 minutes before their tee time. Please practice social distancing during this event.
*Players are asked to not warm up on the course during regulation play. Therefore, players will need to warm up and practice in other areas of the park.
Kentucky’s COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS limit the capacity of our player and staff at any one time. Please do not congregate in parking areas before or after your round. Spectators and caddies are prohibited without pre-approval.
This tournament will follow the refund policy outlined in the PDGAs competition Manuel under section 1.03.
