Hey Everyone,
Thank you for registering for Thrills in the Hills. This email will serve as the players meeting. There will be no in person players meeting the day of the event.
I want to start off by giving an extra thank you to a few players in the field. Bobby Scott and Hunter Embler serve on the board for the WNCDGA and I think everyone will appreciate the new tee pads that they had installed on holes 12,17,& 18. We also have the course designer Ryan Pickens in the field without whom this course would most likely not exist.
Schedule:
8:30-9 am Mandatory Check-in. Ams will receive their player packs, pros just need to let me know you’ve arrived. Starting holes will be posted on
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/100938 please double check this link once check in has ended in case their are any changes. Tournament HQ will be the pavilion behind the church next to the main disc golf parking lot.
9:30 am Round 1 shotgun start. This is a large course. When you hear the two minute warning and start signal please call it out so everyone on the back side of the course can hear it.
TBD Round 2 will start an hour after the last card is turned in. I will send an email with the start time and it will be posted on the PDGA event page along with starting hole assignments.
Payouts will follow the completion of round 2 as soon as possible. Projected payouts can be found on the PDGA event page.

Everyone must keep score.
