Tournament refund / cancellation policy Chandlee Events LLC is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. All refunds are governed by PDGA 1.03. Refunds requested on or before 9/1/2025 will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds requested between 9/2/25 and 9/16/25 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds requested between 9/17/25 and 9/28/25 will receive a 25% refund. All refund request on or after 9/29/25 will not receive a refund. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
