9/29 - The Veer is now less than three days away! Here are a few last minute updates.

-Registration officially closed last night and we will not be adding any additional players from the waitlist unless a registered player drops out. On that note, cancellations will be accepted with a full-refund up to 24 hours before the event.

-On the day of the tournament, please be mindful of COVID safety protocols and practice social distancing as well as mask up when gathering in large groups (i.e., players meeting, awards, etc.).

-In addition to awards and CTP prizes, we will be raffling off two rounds of golf at Glendoveer Golf Course as well as two Portland Trail Blazers tickets. Bring cash to enter. There will also be a $50 Ace pot!

-Check out the tournament page pictures for an overview map of the course and tee signs. Note that MPO, MP40, Advanced, and ADV40 will be playing from blue tees. Intermediate and Women's Open and Advanced will play from yellow tees.

9/23 - There will be No Practice Rounds.


The Veer is a one day tournament with two rounds of shotgun starts at Glendoveer Golf Course in Portland, Oregon.

PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier and we will be using live scoring.

A boxed lunch will be provided for all players!

Course/PDGA fee + lunch = $26 a player.

CTP prizes for both Am and Pro divisions.

-Amateurs will receive a tournament logo t-shirt and compete for trophies and scrip to be redeemed onsite. $20 of entry fee will go towards scrip.

-Pros will play for 100% cash minus Course/PDGA fees and lunch. $44 of entry fee towards payouts plus a minimum of $100 added cash. Payouts will be done through Paypal. There will also be a limited amount of t-shirts available for purchase at the tournament.

The Veer is an original design and is located on the front nine of the west course at Glendoveer. It has been in the works for some time and is making its first tournament debut. Majority of the holes are wooded, fun lines with elevation and interesting greens. Ob or hazard bunkers come into play on about half of the holes. Par 3's range from 270ft to 480ft and at least three par 4's. The course will challenge both Pros and Ams accuracy, distance, and shot making abilities.

Dynamic Discs Veteran Baskets and natural teepads. Some holes will have two tee pads for specific divisions.

The Veer is a first year disc golf event and only the second to be held at Glendoveer. The goals are to have a safe, fun tournament and respect one another as well as the property. A successful event will strengthen the relationship between the disc golf community and Glendoveer allowing for more events in the future.

8/20 - We've reduced our tournament cost and have updated entry and payouts to reflect this change.
8/25 - Divisons may be adjusted based on demand. MA40 has been added.
