Welcome to The Stampede! I am excited to host this year's Sierra Tahoe Series event. This is one of my favorite courses and tournaments, and while I'm disappointed I don't get to play, I'm thrilled to host and share this incredible course with all of you.
Please read this email carefully. It contains important tournament information, and all players are responsible for knowing the information provided below.

RAFFLE
We have a large raffle planned for the weekend. Proceeds help cover the cost of the water and snacks provided throughout the course.
Please support the raffle if you can. Winning tickets will be drawn during Sunday's round, and prizes can be picked up after your round is complete.

I will begin generating Sunday tee times as soon as the final card is completed on Saturday. It may be late in the evening, but I will post them as quickly as possible.
Awards will be presented as soon as each division has completed play and results are finalized.

PDGA rules require players to keep score during the round.

Internet Access
I will have portable Starlink internet available on-site.
Once your card is started, scoring will continue to work throughout the round. You will simply need to reconnect near tournament central at the end of the round to finalize scores.
Wi-Fi login information will be provided during check-in.

COURSE RULES
• 2-Meter Rule is in effect.
• No alcohol consumption during a round.
• No smoking during a round.
• Due to fire danger, smoking is prohibited on the course.
• Violation of PDGA alcohol or smoking rules may result in disqualification.
• Parking lots are OB when completely surrounded by concrete.
• All lake water is OB when completely surrounded by water.

I cant just take someone from another division and put with another division. If i can move things around to get more in I will but groups and waitlist are based on division.

Just throwing this out there. I have enough parking at my site for two more cars. Im alound 6people per site. I have 3 as of today. All you have to do is pay the extra car fee which is 10$ per car and per night. So 20bucks which you pay at the front gate and then just 10 bucks goes to me for both nights.for using the campsite..My site is at loggers site 245. Im one of the closes campsites to the course. Also my site is right next to tournament directors campsite.

Got a few emails and want to let you guys know: Smitty and I have purchased a "Starlink" portable internet, so we will have wifi at Tournament Central as well as my 2 campsites. You will simply need to connect before your tee time, and you will be fine for your round. Once you finish, come back to Tournament Central to connect and submit scores. I will also have paper cards for those who want it.
