Can Ams pick up our players packs on Saturday, or can I have a buddy pick mine up mine up for me tomorrow?

Dick Parker   October 14 at 4:35pm

Yes, you can pick up Friday or Saturday

If a disc comes to rest in the woods next to a park ranger with binoculars, are they considered part of the course, or can we ask them to move?

Just treat the park ranger as a picnic table. ;)

SteelerDoug Kroll    October 14 at 8:01am

Why are both Pros and Ams playing the same course twice?

What will happen if some of course is flooded due to lots of rain this week? I’m in Odessa so I haven’t seen the weather in Smithville.

Dick Parker   October 13 at 1:24pm

The lake is controlled by the Core of Engineers. They typically only flood the park when it's necessary. If for some reason a hole or 3 are not playable, we will make decisions based on those factors on the fly. Hopefully, that won't be something we need to worry about. We are going to be ... more

Jay Williams   October 13 at 11:50pm

I would say there is very little chance of any of flooding. The lake is currently 2” below normal pool. It starts getting into a few baskets when it’s 3 - 3.5’ above normal.

I see online registration is closed. Does that mean all registration is closed? I was considering signing up for MPO. It seems like there are still plenty of spots in the open divisions.

Dick Parker   October 13 at 11:45am

Quintin, Online registration is closed. I have however been taking emails through this site from people who are interested in playing in the Pro division. Today is the last day that will be allowed because we have to set tee times and release them to those who have signed up early. Once those have been released, there will be no further changes to the registration.

Anyone want to meet up for a Round at Black Thorne this week? Would be about 5:15 for me.

Hi there, I talked a few friends into getting into this tournament. Any chance you could pair up Matt King, Levi Caraway, Adam Keefe and Aaron Bolli round 1? Not sure if we can get away with a full card or not, but figured we'd check

Dick Parker   October 12 at 3:29pm

We will do our best to accommodate the request. Tee times will be posted on Thursday

Cory Green    October 12 at 12:37am

Hey, I'm moving to town and would love to play in this tournament in MA2. I missed the sign up deadline. :(

Dick Parker   October 12 at 12:25pm

The AM division is actually full. The best you can do at this point is get on the waitlist and see if someone drops out. Email the us (TDs) through the site with you information if you would like to be added to that list.

Cory Green   October 12 at 1:34pm

Great! Thank you. Email sent.

Aaron Stevens    October 11 at 11:36pm

All, when will tee times be posted? Thanks.

Dick Parker   October 12 at 10:54pm

Thanks Michael. I was getting verification before answering and forgot to circle back.

Carl Aufner    October 10 at 10:48pm

Dick Parker   October 14 at 2:29am

Tim kerns    October 10 at 10:35pm

Can Tim kerns, Colin mauch and Michael Allison be put on the same card if possible?

Tim kerns   October 12 at 5:33pm

Dick Parker   October 12 at 10:55pm

We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tim kerns   October 13 at 2:30pm

Thank you

Micah Palmer    October 3 at 7:09pm

Does the entry fee include the parking fee or will we need to pay for the tag when we show up each day?

Fred Smith   October 3 at 7:34pm

If they are collecting then yes it will need to be paid each day, per car. Carpooling would be encouraged. My last 2 visits have had no attendant collecting for what that's worth. The proceeds they collect do go directly to the maintenance dept coffers is what I've been told and those are the guys out there shaping up the courses.

Todd Thurman   October 3 at 10:03pm

If there is no attendant, there is an on-your-honor box at the entrance.

Roman Davis    September 27 at 11:57pm

Will need a refund. Cant play in the event. Please advise.

Dick Parker   September 28 at 1:45pm

The best thing to do is withdrawal from the event and it will initiate that. There is a link on the registration page.

Fred Smith   September 28 at 4:49pm

Refunded... We are sorry to hear that you can't make it.. You may consider buying raffle tix to help support the charity contribution we are making and to have a chance of winning some week prizes!

jeff ozorkiewicz    September 23 at 12:47am

Can I buy more than 1 raffle ticket?

Fred Smith   September 23 at 1:15am
