The Passage is the first stop in our Annual PDGA Tournament Season Kick Off Killer B's Series. This tournament will be a two round PDGA B-Tier at Sioux Passage and La Vista. There will be two pools, Pool A will play their first round at La Vista and Pool B will play their first round at Sioux Passage. After the first round, both pools will switch courses for the 2nd round, ie. Pool A will play Sioux Passage and Pool B will play La Vista.

Please CARPOOL if possible, as parking will be limited! Especially with regard to La Vista, it would be tremendously helpful if some players decide to park at Argosy casino and carpool the rest of the way. Thanks for your understanding!

If you are on the waitlist, we suggest being at your starting course in case someone drops!

Check-In is from 7:30 - 8:30am at your starting course, based on your pool. Please show up to either the picnic tables near the parking lot (La Vista) or the pavilion near Hole 1 (Sioux) and speak to the tournament official at the check-in table. If you do not do this, we may incorrectly consider you absent and withdraw you to make room for another player. AMs will grab their players pack (AMs starting at La Vista should grab when they get to Sioux) and all players can also purchase raffle tickets at this time. (STLDGC is not responsible for any unclaimed players packs)

Pool A: MPO, FPO, MP40, MA1 -- Starts at La Vista

Pool B: MA40, MA50, MA55, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MA4 -- Starts at Sioux Passage (tourney central)

La Vista - Lavista Dr, Godfrey, IL 62035 (a tourney official will help parking in the grass next to the parking lot)

At La Vista, everyone is throwing from the WHITE (concrete) pads. Hole 14 has a roped off "island" of rough partway down the fairway that PLAYS OB where it went into the island. On hole 15, towards the front right of the green is an OB corner post near the line of trees in-between 15's basket/green and 16's pad. Any shots past the post (towards 16's fairway) are OB and players play their lie from the corner post.



At Sioux, the back 9 can either be walked to after hole 9 or driven to (there's another lot). Plan with your card accordingly. There are several holes on the back 9 where tall grass (played OB) was recently burned by the Parks department. Lines have been painted to help identify the boundaries.



We will have a shotgun start at 9:00am on the dot and will honk at the 2-minute warning. After round 1, we will have a 1-hour and 15 minute break after last card finishes for lunch (not provided). Please let a TD know if you plan to "DNF" from the event so we can adjust round 2 cards accordingly.


We will have inventory on hand, but we are still asking everyone to respect our COVID precautions:

Try to maintain social distancing at tournament "central" and on the course.
Sanitize your hands and wear a mask while in the inventory area. Wear mask while in groups as well.
Clear discs from basket before the next player putts.
Scoring will be digital and is the official and authoritative method for this event, but we will have paper scorecards available as a backup if needed.
Water will be available at each check-in table, but please let tourney staff grab water for you.

A short awards ceremony will follow the conclusion of round 2 and finalized scoring at SIOUX PASSAGE. Payouts for PROs will be digital after the event, but AMs should return to tournament central to grab their vouchers (otherwise there may be a delay in getting yours to you). Club inventory will be available much more this year, so if you need to run after grabbing, be sure to follow the club page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/StLouisDiscGolfClub) for inventory availability.



Raffle will follow, and we have tons of awesome prizes leading up to a bag and a Zuca cart! Purchase tickets at tournament central. If you pre-purchased tickets during registration or over Facebook, they will already be in the drawing with your name. You don't have to be present to win since it will be live streamed on the club Facebook.
