Tournament refund / cancellation policy Racer Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Competitors who officially request to withdraw from the registered list 30 days before event date will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee. Amateur competitors who officially request to withdraw 10 days to 29 days before event date will 50% monetary refund of their entry fee. Pro competitors who officially request to withdraw 10 days to 29 days before event date will receive 70% monetary refund of their entry fee. Amateur competitors who officially request to withdraw 9 days of the start of the event date will receive their players packs, if needed to be shipped Players will pay shipping cost. Pro competitors who officially request to withdraw 9 days of the start of the event date will receive 25% monetary refund of their entry fee. Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund and no competitor pack.
