Has a date for 2022 been set?

No one is planning on a Murray Open this year. I'll support it if someone wants to be the T.D., but I don't expect it.

Will we be allowed to warm up on the course before the 1st tee time of the day?

Yes. The 2nd and 3rd nines will also be open for approximately 1 and 2 hours respectively after 9 A.M.

awesome!!

any chance the format will change if the registrations numbers stay low?

Few people want to play 54 holes in one day (I actually like it), so it will stay a two day affair. I would expect the numbers to grow as we approach the tournament date. There is no built in incentive to register early. Some people like to watch the weather forecast and some people just procrastinate, but the numbers will rise.

sounds good. Thank you for answering. I'm not against 54 in one day either

What are the tee times?

Tee times will be set after registration closes at 7 P.M. the night before. However, you can approximate your time by considering the order of the groups. Rec will lead off, followed by Intermediate, then age protected groups, then advanced, then the pro groups. There will be 10 mintes between cards and the later groups will be pushed back as the registration list grows.

Do you have any info about what the players pack will be? Also, how will ams be paid out? (On-site vendor? Website?)

Players pack is one disc. With an entry of $30, that's all I want to throw in. Am's will pay out on site. I have 125 new tournament discs coming in from Discraft and plenty of other stock that will be available. Plastic is a bit scarce this year. I wanted to get about 200 new discs in, but they limited me to 125.

Dan, I just completed the refund. James, I sincerely apologize for the lateness. Life’s been out of control lately.

It’s all good bro! I’m patient! Thanks a ton. Maybe I can make it next year !

James crowe    August 3, 2021 at 1:27am

Is this both Saturday and Sunday? If it’s both I will have to withdraw for a refund. Unfortunately can’t play Sunday and I missed that when registering.

I see your entry is deleted. I assume he refunded you at the same time. Correct me if that's wrong.
