    8:30am - 2:30pm

    First Group Tees Off at 8am. DEPENDING ON FINAL PLAYER COUNT we will move back the start time (such as first tee time 9am) to help mitigate potential cold morning conditions. Groups tee off every 10 to 12 minutes. Last group will tee off by 2:30

    6:00pm - 6:30pm

    Live broadcast of the BIG BAD RAFFLE. .Win tons of stuff for as little as $1 (raffle tickets are $1ea, 25 for $20 - video will be released this week highlighting how this will work). Baskets, bags, discs and schwag will be won by ticket holders. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN! You don't even need to be in the tournament to get tickets! Tickets will be for sale throughout the day AND all week at DISC GIANT (3977 So McCarran in Reno). Raffle can be attended in person at Disc Giant OR viewed live the Reno Disc Golfers facebook page. Prizes not claimed at the raffle Saturday evening will be held at tourney central for pick up Sunday. Shipping is NOT available- winners must pick up their prizes Sunday before the end of the event OR at Disc Giant within 10 days (see Disc Giant Facebook Page fo this weeks hours).

    Tee times for Sunday will be posted by 8:00pm Saturday (but will be posted ASAP so participants can plan accordingly). First Group Tees Off at 8am. DEPENDING ON FINAL PLAYER COUNT we will move back the start time (such as first tee time 9am) to help mitigate potential cold morning conditions. Groups tee off every 10 to 12 minutes. Last group will tee off by 2:30. Groups and times are determined by division and how people place in their given divisions. Same approximate time windows for divisions (example: if Rec teed off between 8:30 and 9:30 Saturday, that's one the division will be teeing off Sunday, card groupings and exact times determined by performance Round 1)

    1:00pm - 5:30am

    AWARDS and pay outs - We will distribute trophies and pay outs (were applicable) as groups finish. IN SOME INSTANCES there may be mixed cards - if a person is on a mixed card and having a tee time that differs from the rest of the division AND THEY ARE IN CONTENTION for payout or a trophy, awards for that division may be slightly delayed.

About this tournament

1 round of play
DIVISIONS MUST HAVE THREE participants to qualify as a division - if minimum is not met, participant will be moved to next closest division. Event is one round per day with tee times. Am players pack includes wall to wall full color short sleeve dri fit, full color event socks, prismatic full color decal, limited edition signed and numbered event lithograph. Pro players pack includes full color event socks, prismatic full color decal, limited edition signed and numbered event lithograph. PRO PLAYER PACKS do not include shirts to keep money in the payout- Pros have the option of adding polo or short sleeve to their registration at an additional cost. THIS IS A MODIFIED TRUE AM EXPERIENCE - am players packs will be valued at the full entry fee and ams will compete for trophies. BONUS: Am script redeemable at the Disc Giant superstore in Reno will be awarded to to trophy earners to choose a bonus disc or item (value depending on number of people in division).

Refund policy

Skot Meyer is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Cancellation requests received on or before October 17 receive full refund. Cancellations received after October 17th will be subject to the rules outlined in the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 (ams will be receiving the player pack that was purchased for them in lieu of refund).
