About this tournament

This event will be 18 holes on the Black Bear course. This event will be vended by Airborn.

Tee times are not pre-selected for this event but players will be able to tee off any time between 9am and 5pm.

There will be a group meeting at 4:40 at the pro shop, and we can split into a couple groups if we have enough people. We should have around 5 right now, and others are welcome to join!

I am also solo looking for a card around then. If you guys don’t mind we could do a card of 5 or if one more person needs a card, 2 cards of 3 might be possible.

How do T-times work? Do we just show up and play or is there a way to schedule a t-time?

You will be able to show up and play, if you have a group already assembled it should be quite easy! I don't expect to need any "dibs" on times but if you want I can set aside a time for you and your crew.

The requirement is a minimum of 3 people per card, which you can bring yourself or find some people at the course.

I am planning on allow players to tee off between 9am and 5pm, but if there are people who need it to be extended in either direction I can try and help out!
