Check in will begin at 7:05 am to 8am
Shotgun start at 8:10 sharp – Round 1
Round 2 should start 45 minutes (time for lunch) after the last card finishes round 1

Virtual Players Meeting will be available, on the WeDGE Facebook Group Thursday January 6th, 2022.

Layout
We'll be playing the short layout in the interests of time, except for hole #9 which will be played in the long position.

After the tournament, we'll be assembling at O'Connor's Public House around the corner in Mount Kisco for "happy-hour pricing" (3-7), beers and awards. WEDGE store will be there for all your WEDGE store needs.

This event kicks off the NEFA/NEDGC points and qualifier season!

All non-pros will receive a player’s pack.

PDGA Digital Scoring will be in play; instructions on how scoring will work for the event will be sent out to the field prior to the event.


Ace Pot
Ace pot will be in effect. Optional $2 buy-in.

CPT/CTT

Round 1 each card will have their own CTP Prize (18).

Round 2 – there will be a CTP Prize for the entire field, along with the infamous CTT prize on Pinball Alley (hole 12)!


There will be no organized lunch or breakfast at this event. Be prepared to bring your own food. Please note that we are still following Covid-19 Protocols so we will not be having the “famous Kisco Potluck Lunch” We are hoping to bring this back in 2023.

Hole Sponsorship: $25.00

For $25 become a hole sponsor! You'll get a nifty copy of your sponsorship sign as well as shout-outs on our social media and at the event. Use the opportunity to advertise your business, or just to broadcast your support for disc golf. You'll also get early access to registration, December 6th, 2021, two days before general registration opens. (Limited to 18 Tee Signs).

Your generous donation goes directly to the Food Bank for Westchester. The Food Bank is leading the charge to end hunger in Westchester County. Please consider helping by sponsoring a hole. Our goal is to have 2 Tee signs be hole (36 total) the first 26 will go to the food bank; the remaining 10 will be used for Open and Pro-Masters added cash.


The Charity

The Food Bank for Westchester serves over 265 local hunger-relief programs throughout Westchester, including food pantries, soup kitchens, child and adult day-care centers, and shelters. The Food Bank provides 95% of all the food given to hungry families, children and seniors as cooked meals or groceries to take home.

WeDGE and its membership have been long-time supporters of the Food Bank for Westchester. They're a great charity with a great cause and are run by great people. We very much believe in them and their mission.

$5 from each entry fee and 100% of all money donated from hole (limited to 26) and event sponsorships will be donated to the Food Bank for Westchester, and extra donations can also be made on the web form when completing your registration. Checks are also accepted the day of the event. The Food Bank for Westchester is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible.

COVID-19:

We are not out of the woods on this yet and with the Delta Variant spreading we will take the following precautions: Please form a line at the registration table. Only one person will be taken care of at a time and if there are more than 5 people on-line, please wait to come up to the table. Please maintain 6 feet of distancing throughout the event. If you have symptoms of COVID or have been around someone with COVID please stay home (Stop the Spread).


Refund policy
Westchester Disc Golf Enthusiasts is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. A paid waitlist will be held at Disc Golf Scene, and refunds will be issued in accordance with PDGA guidelines.
