You can edit your division at any time on the player tab. Just select the edit button :)

Likely no. Players pack will be through Bombergers or Greener Gear.

I kinda depends on the divisions that fill. Lower divisions will for sure play all green with 11 being the only orange. I may add more baskets for the upper divisions.
