Rain won't stop us. Lightning however requires a 30 minute delay.

Yes. Whenever they are fully off the course you're good to go.

We are capped at 144 per day, but I’d suggest jumping on the waitlist as there has been lots of withdrawals

If I am in the junior division do I only play with the junior players?

no - you will most likely play with two rec players as well as the other junior on your card.

Can I be switched to the Novice Division please? I registered in the incorrect division when I added myself to the waitlist

This wouldn't be fair to the current players that are on the waitlist for Novice - they were on the waitlist before you. I'll see what I can do, but you're stuck in Rec for now.
