Here is the Caddy book for the 1st Annual Great Upstate Food Fight!!! We were excited to partner with so many great restaurants, breweries and other Upstate businesses to bring you this event. We appreciate your willingness to support one of our favorite non-profits, Eleos, through your registration. Ten percent of the proceeds from Food Fight will go directly to Eleos.

CHECK IN:
Please remember to check in between 1-1:45pm and be sure you are marked present. You will receive your hole assignments Saturday night.


PRACTICE BASKETS:
We will have a few practice baskets set up for warming up.


PLAYERS MEETING:
Players Meeting will be in the grassy area near hole 1 at 1:45pm. We will signal 2 blasts on the airhorn for a two minute warning and then 1 blast to start promptly at 2pm.


TOURNAMENT AWARDS & CLOSING REMARKS:
Divisional trophies, random draw raffle prizes, and CTP prizes will be awarded after the last team has turned in their scores. Players must be present to win the prizes.


DOUBLES FORMAT RULES:
Both players on the team will tee off at each hole. Each team must use 9 drives from each player. Players will record which drives were taken by each player on the scorecard provided. After the drive is chosen, players will alternate shots until the hole is completed. Maximum of +3 over par, if a 7th shot is needed to complete the hole, the team must pick up their disc and move on to the next hole and record a triple bogey for the hole.


SCORING:
Each team will record the scores for every team on their card on the paper scorecard provided.


LAYOUT:
The road and parking lot near 1, 8, 9, 10 and 17 will be played OB. The pond that comes in play on 11, 12 and 13 will be OB. If you have questions about any rulings, feel free to call Cory: 864-616-7517


OPTIONAL ACE POT:
If an ace is hit on any hole, that person collects the ace pot as long as he/she has bought into it prior to the event on Disc Golf Scene. They will be rewarded an Another Round Greenville gift card for the full amount of the ace pot.


If no ace is hit, those who paid in will receive an Another Round Greenville gift card for the dollar amount they paid into the ace pot.


BONUS ACE:
If a player aces any hole and it is caught on film, then the player wins a Jovy tripod.


RAFFLE:
All tournament players will be entered in the random draw raffle. A player cannot win more than once.


CTP HOLES:
There are 8 CTP Holes and every player is eligible! These are: #2, #5, #6, #7, #9, #13, #14, & #16. CTPs are awarded to individuals, not teams. Any player may move the CTP flag to where their disc landed on a drive as long as their disc is the closest to the pin thus far in the tournament. He/she records his/her name on the sheet in the bag attached to the CTP flag.
