If I want to give my spot to the person that is waitlist #1 in my division, will I get a refund?

Depends on the division. MA1 is blue tees and everyone else is white

Is there space for van camping close to the courses? Or anyone in the area cool with us parking at their place? We are near Madison so seems easier just to stay overnight.

There is camping at Jordan County Park down the road from Yulga and Lake Emily County Park near Standing Rocks

Any chance course maps will posted? I’ve played Rocks a few times but wanna make sure I’m playing the right loops in the right order next week

If you have Udisc there's layouts for Tournament East 18 and Tournament West 21 (this layout includes mid and west loops).

Ian Corrado   July 2, 2022 at 10:34am

Course maps are now posted under pictures. Rocks is mostly the same as last year except for the addition of WA and WB.

I may need to withdraw from the event. Is a full refund still possible? Thank you.

Ian Corrado   June 25, 2022 at 10:36am

Hey Daniel, at this time only a half refund is available.

Lincoln Schroeder    June 9, 2022 at 2:00pm

If we are still on the waitlist by the time the event rolls around, should we still show up on the day of the event in case there are no-shows?

I don't want to speak for the TD, but this is the Great Glacial Washout. I expect that thousands, if not millions will perish. That should free up a spot or two.

Ian Corrado   June 17, 2022 at 11:05am

That is up to you. It's hard to say if there will be no shows, but generally there ae few if any.

Jeffrey unferth    March 19, 2022 at 4:24pm

Ian Corrado   March 20, 2022 at 12:15am

Junior division is in the same pool as MA3 so I can can switch them to MA3 at the last minute of needed
