Hello everyone!

More tournament details, tee times, parking notes and OBs will come midweek. We’re just waiting for the ratings update Tuesday before posting tee times, in case anyone has to move.

Please remember as an OCC event, select division winners will qualify for provincials IF AND ONLY IF they are ODSA members. Make sure your ODSA registration is up to date if you’re hoping to qualify.

As we come into less than 30 days before the tournament, I wanted to post the PDGA tournament refund policies.

Since the waitlist is almost clear, different refund values will likely apply after this Friday.

Some of our sweet raffle prizes arrived today — an MVP black hole, an MVP putter pod and LOADS of MVP discs and shoulder bags. We're still taking raffle donations so if you have anything and you'd like to support, please let us know!

Raffle proceeds generally pay for the costs Drake and I cover ourselves, like duty/taxes on the discs, the portajohn at the course for the season, etc. We keep no "profit" from any event we do!

This event will run as a TEE TIMED EVENT. This allows us to welcome everyone in off the waitlist and even have room for more. The perfect Fall opportunity to try to qualify for your provincial slot!
