Tournament refund / cancellation policy Disc Golf Dunedin is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Players requesting to officially withdraw from this event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal, discgolfscene fees) Players who officially request to withdraw from this event 15 to 29 days before the start of this event will receive a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal, discgolfscene fees), if the spot in the tournament is filled by a player, then a 100% monetary refund will be made. Players who officially request to withdraw from this event within 14 days before the start of this event will receive a 25% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal, discgolfscene fees), if the spot in the tournament is filled by a player then a 100% monetary refund will be made.
