Check in begins at 5pm player meeting at 5:30 then head to tees for shotgun tee offSaturday: Player party 6pm-9pm Saturday at Babes Boys tavern located at 2890 Old Washington Rd Waldorf, MD 20601Sunday pick up your raffle and ctp prizes at check in table
Check In A tier:You must check in no later than 15 minutes before your tee time on the first day of play. (1.04 A)
Tee Time:At A-Tier events using a staggered start with scheduled tee times, players must also check in with the starter no less than 5 minutes prior to their tee time each day and be present at the starting hole for the 5 minutes preceding their tee time each day. Players who do not check in with the starter by this time or who are not present at the starting hole for the 5 minutes preceding their tee time receive two penalty throws added to their starting hole. This is recommended for staggered starts with scheduled tee times at all other Tiers. (1.04 E) Starter will be located at hole 2.General OB: Unless otherwise noted, all ponds, streams, roads paved and unpaved, paved paths, dog park, pavilions, buildings, roofs, sports field fences, and bridges are OB. Pond lines will be marked by white flags where flags are not present OB is surrounded by water. Streams OB line marked by flags for safety. For all OB the line itself is OB. (806.02 A).Hole Specific OB and notesHole 2: Double Mando drop zone is available at the family tee for missed mando (paver tees) road and across is OB. Hole 3 and Hole 6 fairways are OB.Hole 3: All layouts tee from from blue tee. Road and right of road are OB. Pond is OB.Hole 4: Pond is OB as marked by painted line, if you land OB available drop zone is Red tee. PracticeThe course will be marked and set up in tournament position by Thursday Nov 13th at 7am. No practicing on course for players and caddies (7 am -5pm) Friday November 14 through Sunday November 16. any practice throws on course will be assessed a penalty stroke.There is a designated warm up area by the football field for throwing into nets and practice baskets. Only warm up in this area. We want to keep players warming up away from others on the course that are playing in their round.If you want to warm up or cool down on a course check out Barnesfield in Dahlgren VA at Barnsfield Park, this course will be part of the A tier in 2026!ParkingPlease park at hole 17 parking lot if full, you will be directed to overflow parking site.
RaffleEveryone will get a raffle ticket as part of your player pack for some great prizes. Additional tickets can be purchased 1 for $1 or 6 for $5. Drawing will be saturday night at player party you can pick up your prizes on Sunday Round.

Glow round is an XC tier event it is not required to play. It is only open to Fight Round 8 participants which is why the “X: designation and was approved by the PDGA for this exception. It is a separate tournament and will not count as part of your A/B tier score.
Playoffs: Playoffs for 1st place will be conducted starting at Hole 2 playing the course on Sundays layout for respective divisions .
Parking: All players park in Hole 17 parking lot. Please park at hole 17 parking lot if full, you will be directed to the overflow parking site.
Layouts and CTPS: 4 separate layouts (Holes 3 & 19 will only play from long tee pad except glow round) GLOW ALL DIVISIONS WILL BE RED TO RED
BE COURTEOUS TO OTHER PLAYERS AND ESPECIALLY MINDFUL OF THE RULES BELOW FOR SPEED OF PLAY AND OB
Lost Discs: 8.05.03
A disc is declared lost if the player cannot locate it within three minutes after having arrived at the area where it is thought to be. Any player in the group or an Official may begin the timing of the three minutes and must inform the group that the timing has begun.All players in the group must assist in searching for the disc. Failure to do so is a courtesy violation.Excessive Time: 8.02.03A player has taken excessive time if they are present and have not thrown within 30 seconds:OB Line itself is out: 8.06.02An out-of-bounds (OB) area is an area designated by the Director from which a disc may not be played, and within which a stance may not be taken. The out-of-bounds line is part of the out-of-bounds area. Any area of the course that is not out-of-bounds is in-bounds.
