Welcome to The Dangerhole Classic presented by Chiang Mai Disc Golf! The Dangerhole Classic is a PDGA sanctioned event which will take place on September 13th & 14th 2025 in the Chiang Mai Province of Thailand! The Dangerhole Classic features two exceptional disc golf courses, Rock N' River (RnR) and Mango Valley (MV)!

For the past 5 years, Brett "Dangerhole" Hamaker has been the backbone of Chiang Mai Disc Golf. His kindness, generosity, charisma and love of the bigger things in life has endeared him to the entire community. Dangerhole sponsors local players every week, he buys beverages for other players non stop and he even occasionally throws a decent disc golf shot! If you play a round with Dangerhole then it is guaranteed that you are going to have a great time! Dangerhole will be leaving Chiang Mai this September, but not before the CMDG community sends him off right with the first, and only ever, Dangerhole Classic!!!

-MPO and FPO divisions will play the"Long Tee'' layouts.
-MA1 and FA1 divisions will play the "Short Tee" layouts.
-All divisions will play one round on Saturday September 13th at RnR and one round on Sunday September 14th at MV.
-Early bird price for all Pro divisions is 1500 baht until August 31st then 1800 baht after that.
-Early bird price for all Amateur divisions is 1000 baht until August 31st then 1300 baht after that.
-Ace Pot = 100 Baht

The field will be limited to 36 players and spots will be first come first serve. For those with a Thai bank account you may contact tournament director Aaron Herman directly to pay with Thai baht. International players should please register and pay with paypal via discgolfscene. Spots are only reserved upon payment received. There will be no registration the day of the event.

RnR is located about an hour outside of Chiang Mai City and Mango Valley about 35 minutes outside the city. For players that do not wish to drive, there will be a VIP Party Van going to and from the course each day leaving from in front of the Siripanna Resort. The cost will be 150 baht one way, 250 baht 1 day round trip or 400 baht 2 day round trip (pay in advance and no refunds please). Please contact Aaron to reserve your seat. First come first serve.

For all divisions registration fees cover tournament greens fee costs, PDGA santioning, awards for top finishers and other goodies! In addition, every player can choose any disc or shirt they like from the main CMDG shop which will be included free of charge as part of their entry fee. Please note that only Pro divisions have cash payouts (500 baht per player goes into the cash prize pool). Amateurs playing in pro divisions may not choose to receive merchandise in lieu of cash. If an amateur declines a cash prize then the payout will be given to the next player in the order of finish.
